Currently, when airports are overcrowded and there is a shortage of staff, flights are more frequently delayed than before. When you arrive at the airport and receive notification that your flight is delayed, it is the responsibility of the airline to take care of you during your stay at the airport and to regularly update you on the new departure time.
If the airline offers you an alternative flight instead of your original one, you are not obligated to accept the offered flight. You can receive a refund (*according to the Air Traffic Regulation) and purchase another ticket instead.
According to the law, you must contact the airline directly and demand statutory compensation. We are happy to assist you in this matter as needed.
