It is important that you enter the names of passengers exactly as they appear on the ID and passport. If you discover an error in a passenger's name after booking, you should submit an online request as soon as possible along with a photocopy of the corresponding passport so that we can make the correction with the airline. Please note that after the ticket is issued, generally, no name changes are possible. Each airline has its own conditions regarding name changes or corrections, and if permitted, additional costs may apply.
In addition to the airline's costs, an administrative fee of €20 per person will be incurred.
