At holidayheroes, we enable you to book a flight and a hotel on one website - these are still two separate products that are booked for you by two different providers. It may happen that the airline changes the date of the outbound flight, thereby affecting the time of your arrival at the destination. If we are informed by the airline, we will notify you as soon as possible (using the contact information you provided when booking). It may also happen that the airline contacts you directly without informing us. In such cases, it is important that you contact us immediately so that we can offer you alternative options if necessary and, ideally, organize a later arrival at the hotel for you. If you decide to cancel the booked flights and hotel due to flight changes, it is important to inform us as soon as possible.
